Auditions: October 1 & 2
Estimated shooting schedule is Oct 13 – Nov 5 (mostly weekends, and some scattered weekdays).

The movie will be tightly structured and planned, but the final dialog is to be mostly improvised by the performers. Experience is an asset but not at all a must. If you have a willing attitude and you want to meet a bunch of cool people and participate in a fast-paced project, please contact them to be part of the cast and crew.

Director: Andrea Cairoli. I Am The Wind (Pilot)

An Italian director, Andrea Cairoli, has arrived in Montreal with the purpose of shooting a pilot for a feature film, I Am The Wind.

It is essential that the first part of his production is created with as much freedom and spontaneity as possible. As of now, this production is a co-production between Italy and a Montreal based production company Wind. However, Andrea is funding this first part of production out of his pocket. The Italian film industry is reluctant to embrace the independent spirit of low-budget, on-the-fly film making.

 

This project stands out to me because it is something more than just cranking out another film. With this month of shooting, Andrea hopes to illustrate to Italian producers and execs that independent film making is capable of creating a beautiful film, even more so than the ultra-structured high budget industry productions.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of film making that doesn’t often happen. The film tells a complex intertwining story of two childhood friends, Martino and Lorenzo. Martino leaves Lorenzo behind in Italy to reunite with his girlfriend, who had relocated to Connecticut. Upon his arrival, Martino learns his girlfriend has moved on from him and he later settles in the city of Montreal. There are approximately 30 scenes to shoot in this North American portion.

Corinne: Stunning brunette with blue or green eyes (preferable) in her early thirties between (25-34) Corinne is a charismatic woman that has a lot of personality.

 A new cutting-edge reality Television series is seeking a lady from anywhere in Canada to participate with three other members.

Contract :
This will shoot around late summer-fall (Dates TBD) Person must be flexible.
